Fees & Booking

Because every booking is slightly different, prices will vary, so I’ve given a starting point/ suggestion rather than a fixed fee.

I’m always happy to talk things through and find what works best for you, and I do aim to keep the work as accessible as possible.

My fees are based on ITC/Equity minimum rates…

Any additional costs for arts and crafts materials or themed elements are worked out per person, and we can discuss these together

  • Make a simple puppet using found materials (I will provide eyes)

  • Work together to create and share a short puppet story

  • Discuss how these techniques can be used in theatre and practice

  • A practical, imaginative workshop in puppetry and storytelling.

Workshops

Puppet Construction workshop

Puppet construction workshops ideally take place over more than one day, as it allows time to properly explore ideas and create a character. However, I can also offer shorter sessions, where we focus on creating a simple puppet within a day.

Participants will create a basic rod puppet using found and recycled materials, learning how simple objects can be transformed into a character. The workshop looks at shape, movement and personality, and how even the most everyday materials can come to life.

These sessions are hands-on, creative and accessible, with a focus on making, experimenting and discovering what works. Everything is designed so that participants can take the ideas and techniques back into their own practice or setting, or that children can take home and create plays of their own. £ 250 plus materials per person, and travel
